Mourinho in no rush to trim Chelsea squad
Jose Mourinho is not overly concerned by Chelsea's start to the season and says the arrival of Pedro does not necessarily mean a player will be sold.

"Do we have to improve? Obviously. Always," Mourinho said.
"We are calm, not happy, but calm. We need that. We need to be unhappy because that feeling makes you work better, better than ever when the results are not good and to be calm is very, very important too."
Chelsea signed left-back Baba Rahman and forward Pedro this week, the latter after the Blues moved swiftly to swoop ahead of Manchester United.
Mourinho has previously spoken of working with a squad of 22 senior players - two in every position and Pedro's arrival inflated the first-team group to 23 men. But the Portuguese insisted that does not necessarily mean any players will be leaving prior to the September 1 closure of the transfer window.
It's not a compulsory thing. I can perfectly have one more player than is normal for us, Mourinho said. "One more option for me is not a problem. You have injuries, you have suspensions, different competitions to play.

Taiwo reportedly had unsuccessful trials with Polish team Legia Warsaw and last featured actively in April 2014 for Turkey’s Buraspor.
If the deal goes through he could make his Finnish league home debut against HIFK on Monday.
Taiwo made his debut for Nigeria in 2004 and played at the 2006, 2008 and 2010 Africa Cup of Nations. He alsoplayed for the Super Eagles at the 2010 FIFA World Cup tournament in South Africa, ammasing 59 international caps for the three-time African champions.
Taiwo’s biggest success came during a six-year stint with French side Marseille, his first European club which he joined in March 2005.
Oliseh: Why I dropped Shorunmu, Valere
Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has explained why he dropped Ike Shorunmu and Hounadinou Valere, saying he wanted a fresh beginning for the senior national team.
Shorunmu and Valere who assisted coach Stephen Keshi to win the 2013 African Cup of Nations in South Africa were rejected by Oliseh shortly after he was appointed as the new manager while Salisu Yusuf was retained in the team.
Oliseh said in Abuja that his decision was without malice, adding that he is doing things in his own way with a different coaching crew to impact his own philosophy and tactics in the players so that they can be in the direction he wants the players to be.
“I have done everything to make things different. I came up with a new coaching crew for players to understand where we are going to. If we fail to win, criticize us but at the same time praise us if we win. That is how it should be,” said the former Juventus player.
On his relationship with sacked Keshi, Oliseh said it cannot be said to be sour but that he has not called his former captain in the national team since he took charge of the Super Eagles.
